Strategic Leadership and Strategic Management. During the first three weeks of class, we will discuss in some detail the nature of strategy, strategic leadership and strategic management. In this paper, discuss the strategy model formula and the requirement to balance the elements of strategy. Also discuss the tension that exists between the function of leadership and the function of management and how organizational leaders/managers who wear both hats can resolve that tension to effectively lead and manage their organizations through significant change.
