The readings in this Unit introduced the Department of Health and Human Services and the sub-organizations it has created to help assist with the delivery of health care and health services. Review the websites of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and the Health Resources and Advanced Health Care Management Services Administration (HRSA).
In your review, include a background on each agency and discuss the services that each agency provides. Overall, compare and contrast the oversight of each of these federal health care agencies.
