Identify a time in your life when you were a part of what you consider to be a high-performance team. This team could have operated in a business organization, within school, in a community organization or even within a family group. Discuss some of the reasons why you believe this team performed well as a team beyond the singular contributions of any given member. Why did it gel as a team? If you have the opportunity, look at other student responses and see if there is a pattern. Is this pattern consistent with the theories contained in your readings?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
