Home medications include albuterol MDI PRN and fluticasone/salmeterol inhaler twice daily which he stopped taking 2 months ago due to not having any symptoms. Albuterol/Ipratropium bromide via nebulizer every 4 hours as needed Fluticasone/salmeterol inhaler twice daily IV methylprednisolone every 6 hours.
