4. Explain the basis for, the broad outline of the protocol. and the goals of the 7-Weeks experiment with Christ-centered wellness. What personal impact did the experience have on your life?

5. Discuss "The Gaius Principle" and give five examples of the possible applications in your life.

6. Discuss the "10 Principles of Health for Body and Soul" and make recommendations to a Christian friend for health practices to promote physiologic wellness.

7. Discuss "stress and stress control" from the perspective of Christ-centered wellness. What practical recommendations would you make for stress reduction and relaxation for students on a Christian campus? Give an example of a relaxation process you may teach someone to use.

8. Discuss "reproductive wellness." from a physical and a spiritual perspective. What recommendations can you make for students on a Christian campus?

9. Discuss "prosperity" as used in the letter from John to Gaius (see 3 John). What are some practical things you can do at this point in your life to promote personal prosperity into your future?

10. How might "Christ-centered Wellness" relate to "spreading the Gospel." "preparation for the second coming of Christ," "the latter rain," and "the time of trouble?"
