Discussed the future and the importance of knowing how to forecast and look towards future growth. This can be a challenge for some companies, which often leads to failure. Choose an organization that has failed and closed their doors in the past 5 years and discuss what they could have done to stay in business.
Your work should include the following:
o Discuss the aspects of the organization that lead to failure.
o Develop a strategic plan to use to re-brand the organization and revive it as a new company.
o Your paper must be a minimum of 4 written pages (not including the title and reference pages).
o Your work must include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources to support your thoughts.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
