Problem
Discuss the future and the importance of knowing how to forecast and look towards future growth. This can be a challenge for some companies, which often leads to failure. Choose an organization that has failed and closed their doors in the past 5 years and discuss what they could have done to stay in business.
Your work should include the following:
i. Discuss the aspects of the organization that lead to failure.
ii. Develop a strategic plan to use to re-brand the organization and revive it as a new company.
iii. Your paper must be a minimum of 4 written pages (not including the title and reference pages).
iv Your work must include a minimum of 3 scholarly resources to support your thoughts.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
