Assignment:

The study is qualitative. The staff that will be interviewed consist of teachers, teacher assistants and social workers.

The variables are: age of staff person, marital status, education level, length of time employed in the program, The basis of the study is Social Constructionism Theory which implies that a person's learned experience influence the construction of their beliefs and values, thus having some effect on their attitudes based on their belief of the given situation. If you were measuring this study, how would you utilize the measuring method of correlation with a hypothetical research question relative to the study. Providing an example would help me to understand better the measuring approach of correlation in a quantitative study.
