Assignment: Managing Change at Multiple Levels
Organizational change is a complex process, and successful leaders must be able to manage issues at the individual employee level, team level, and organization-external environmental level.
Tasks:
Using an organization with which you are familiar, discuss the potential impact of change initiatives on each of the three levels mentioned above.
In your response:
• Discuss the specific challenges change leaders typically encounter at each level.
• Propose specific measures to address and resolve the challenges discussed at each level.
• Identify specific ethical issues that could arise at each level.
• Propose measures to effectively manage the ethical issues identified.
Your product will be in a Microsoft Word document of approximately 3-5 pages in length.

1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
