• Start by identifying the problem, or in other words what you think needs to be solved and discuss it in relevant detail.
• List and discuss relevant facts from the case that are directly associated with the identified problem.
• Discuss relevant marketing concepts, that may be applied in this situation and elaborate their relevance in this case.
• Recommendation: After identifying the problem, and discussing the applicable marketing concepts, make two to three recommendations (or in other words the best course of action to deal with the problem).
• Finish the discussion by choosing one course of action and explain why this is the best choice.
