The instructions for the assignment are as follows:
This assignment consists of 4 questions, which require a 2-3 page response for each question, to test knowledge and assimilation of the course objectives.
Typewritten in double-spaced format and submitted inside the electronic classroom within the correct Assignments Forum folder (unless classroom access is not possible and other arrangements have been approved by the instructor).
· Times New Roman style in 12-point font.
· Papers are required to be written in APA 6th edition.
· Points will be deducted for the use of Wikipedia or encyclopedic type sources.

I. Essay Question one (2-3 pages): Based upon what you have learned from this course, what is your analysis of extremism in the United States? What are the future trends and threats as it relates to domestic extremist groups?
II. Essay Question Two (2-3 pages): What has contributed to the rise of political extremist groups in the United States? How does the political climate such as Presidential elections shift the perception of individuals how may feel they are disenfranchised and misled by the government agencies?
III. Essay Question Three (2-3 pages): Discuss the radicalization process of individuals into extremist groups? How does religious justification for violence help excel an individual to commit acts of violence?
IV. Essay Question Four (2-3 pages): How does 21st technology tools such as social media effect and impact domestic extremism recruitment, membership, and its sustained impact?
