Discuss psychosocial interventions that help clients

Problem: Provide a comment on the following passage written by a peer: Some examples of some psychosocial interventions that help clients manage bipolar disorders are therapy, counseling, medications, etc. Cognitive behavioral therapy is helpful because it helps clients identify their disorders and change their negative thoughts and behaviors. Group therapy is also helpful because clients are able to recieve help not only from proffessionals but from their peers who experience the same disorders or challenges. Family focused therapy help clients' family to be involved by improving their communication and problem solving to help mend relationships and identify the cause and solutions for the client's maniac episodes and bipolar disorder. If a client is hesitant to try psychological interventions, I would describe the benefits of it by saying that these strategies are not to replace who you are or your medications, but it is another resource to help the client to improve to better their life. They can teach them how to notice early signs of mood changes, manage stress, improve sleep and daily routines, and strengthen their relationships with family and friends. Even taking small steps and make a huge difference in the long run. Need Assignment Help?
