However, if the organization you have chosen has not taken part in a global expansion, you will be able to refer to a similar organization within the same industry for this assignment. A multitude of strategies were discussed in the chapter. Describe which of the three international strategic approaches were used by the company as well as the reasoning behind the expansion. Discuss the pros and cons of this strategy in relation to the results of the expansion.
