I believe that this program is effective at reducing unethical behavior. I believe this because one of the many things on the board spectrum of marketing topics is ethical issues facing the marketplace and understanding and targeting the market. I think it is important that the program talks about the issues facing the marketplace because it helps the marketers better themselves and see what is going on around them. Talking about these issues ideally would reduce unethical behavior. I also think understanding the market and where they come from is not only beneficial just to anyone but also to a marketer so they know what their market is feeling and their views ideally.
