This problem will challenge you to examine medical record management in the context of a skilled nursing facility (SNF). This week you will conduct and share research relevant to the assignment. Complete the following:
1) Share a link to a resource that addresses regulation of medical records in SNFs. This could include government or voluntary accrediting agencies.
2) Share a link to a resource that addresses legal issues, legal risk, and risk mitigation related to the handling of patient records in SNFs.
3) Discuss other areas of research that you will conduct, relevant to medical record compliance, that could apply to the problem.
