Provide some examples of how early experiences with death can shape an individual's later view of death. Provide real life examples. Review the article Death, American Style: A Cultural History of Dying in America (Golbert, 2015) and provide a short analysis/opinion of its content. Consider and discuss whether you think the U. S. is a death-denying or death-accepting culture. Discuss media influence and other factors that might support your perspective or that might have contributed to our views on death.
