2. Project Portfolio Management. Compare and contrast project management and project portfolio management. Discuss the issues involved in selecting and managing a portfolio of projects for an organization. What recommendations would you make to senior management to avoid these issues if your organization wanted to implement a new PPM system or improve upon the current one?
