Choose a product that would be considered an innovation when it was introduced. There is no time frame on this, so it can be a recent product or one introduced in the past. Think through the innovation stream and technology cycles associated with this product. What product it did it replace as the dominant design? Discuss how the product worked through the technology cycles (at least two cycles) as is shown the attached example for the progression from VCRs to DVD players to BluRay players. You don't have to do it graphically like the example, but make it clear as to what happened in each phase of the process.
