Discuss Globalization of Nonprofit Activities
Similar to for-profit organizations, there are many challenges when a nonprofit organization decides to "go global." In Week 3, we explored the differences in philanthropy and charitable giving patterns between organizations here and abroad, but what about some of the other challenges and considerations for taking the organization into new territory abroad? Again, in the role of consultant, continue the report to the client organization's executives from Week 3. Research and discuss the management challenges of going global. Your report should include at least five challenges with corresponding suggestions for overcoming these challenges. Include the policy implications that may follow from the globalization of the organization's nonprofit activities.
Support your report with a minimum of five (5) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
