Problem
i. Virtual teams do not allow firms to expand their potential labor markets enabling them to hire and retain the best people regardless of their physical location.
ii. The flat organisation model promotes employee involvement through a decentalised decision- making process.
iii. Management is a key component of any leadership project.
iv. Personality of good leaders should not be characterized by high emotional intelligence.
v. An individual's traits do not make up his/ her total personality, nor do they fully reveal about attitudes, aspirations and behaviour.
vi. Ethical leadership involves providing participation in decision making, showing concern for subordinates' well-being and building trust-based relationships with the followers.
vii. Followers do not view themselves as partners in a leader - follower relationship.
viii. Team building is not a key and essential component in any leadership project.
ix. Leadership can only occur if there is followership, thus without followers and following behaviors there is no leadership.
x. Theory on Servant Leadership argues that leadership should be about serving the people, rather than people serving the leader.
