Problem
1. Pick any firm of your choice (any industry, from any country). Now discuss entry strategy they selected for one nation and it succeeded but the same strategy did not succeed in another country. Compare and contrast the difference to highlight learning/ take-aways for us.
2. You could also select one firm that used one entry strategy for one country and different entry strategy for another country. Then discuss why did it select two different strategies for two different nations, highlight key learning that one could derive from such experience.
3. Structure, presentation of arguments, primary data (if any) should be used.
