Problem
The purpose of the project is to reinforce what you've learned in class this semester. Your project will be a 5 to 10 pages paper that demonstrates your mastery of the material and the ability to synthesis the information covered this semester. Pretend that you are the CEO of a startup that is looking to develop an E-commerce presence. Your paper should be a synopsis of yourjourney and as you write your paper, you should refer back to concepts studied this semester. The topics below are a good starting point but is creative in thinking about building your E-commerce company.
1) Discuss your E-commerce idea and how you intend to become a player in the E-commerce space.
2) Discuss the characteristics of your organization, e.g., is it a BZC or BZB, bricks-and click, purely-online, etc.
3) Identify and discuss your organization's main and secondary revenue models.
4) Discuss challenges that your company will face and how you will address them.
5) Discuss advantages that your organization has over your competitors.
6) Discuss disadvantages that your organization has compared to your competitors.
7) Discuss cybersecurity threats and how you will overcome them.
8) Describe how you will handle privacy issues.
9) Discuss your social media strategy.
