Considered Actions: This section should provide a statement of a minimum of five management actions that might be available. In addition, you should discuss pros, cons, and key uncertainties associated with each action, as well as describe the underlying scientific principles being applied in each action. The considered actions section should be based on a minimum of 10 peer-reviewed sources.
Recommendations: This section should be a concise recommended action to the relevant agency(ies) that provides a justification for the recommendation over the other considered actions.
