Discuss case for leveraging multiple resource pedagogies

Problem:

In the first peer-reviewed articles, I read on how to address my topic in the classroom, through Eliana Castro's article 'The case for leveraging multiple resource pedagogies: Teaching about racism in a secondary history classroom," (2021) where she analyzes how to illustrate a culturally responsive, culturally relevents, and culturally sustaining practice to teach about systemic racism and encourage students to explore the topic. In her article, she argues that these combinations of strategies were necessary to teach about systemic racism. One the theories she proposes is culturally responsive teaching (CRA) in history/social studies where classrooms "organized year-long essential questions, concepts, skills, and using evidence to support these claims, recognize multiple perspectives and connect the subject matter to students' daily lives," and using this quote to explain the theory essentially teaches about BIPOC to underscore the agency or individuals and communities, as well as provide make sense of racism, exposing them to multiple perspectives or different lenses.
