o A summary of your overall performance appraisal process
o The cadence and expectations
o The benefits of your chosen performance appraisal process
o Any anticipated challenges and how they will be overcome
o A brief communication and implementation plan to roll this out to the organization
Include speaker notes as if you were to present this in-person.
