Maximizing shareholder wealth is the primary goal of a publicly traded company. Find two articles. The first should be an example of a company doing a good job of maximizing shareholder wealth. The second should be an example of a company doing a poor job of maximizing shareholders' wealth. Provide the sources and discuss each article and your reasoning in regard to how they are performing.
