(1) Discuss how an organization that views itself as an innovator might develop different IT strategies than an organization that views itself as a conservative adopter of new technologies and practices.
(2) Discuss an IT governance structure that might be adopted by an organization seeking to become an integrated health care delivery system; imagine the organization is mindful of the importance of business unit independence.
