A number of significant storms have hit and damaged major American Cities over the last decade. Climate Change theory suggests that the magnitude and frequency of storms will increase in the coming years. Reflecting on the readings, guest lecture and discussion in consider:
How could regional planning help to mitigate the impacts of major weather events? Both before to prevent property damage and in the recovery stages.
