The Leader as a Leader: Henry Ford (Ford Motor Co.) (Please do not attempt to solve if you can not fulfill all the requirements, minimum 1 page is required)
1) For the leader, in his/her respective section, clearly identify the issues that defined the leader's effectiveness. Identify whether he/she was effective. Respected? Admired? What type of leader was he/she? (For example transactional or servant leader).
2) Were (or are) they a "good" leader - clearly identify the criteria that you feel makes them "good" in the eyes of the outside world.
3) Discuss 1-2 insights gained on leadership (skills, traits, strategies, etc) acquired by studying selected leader.
4) Identify at least one significant leadership lesson you learned from the leader and tell us why it is important to you.
