Discrimination against non-english speaking employees

Discussion:

Keep in mind that under Title VII, employment discrimination must not be based on national origin. One way this type of discrimination takes place is discrimination against non-English speaking employees. Employers must demonstrate that fluency in English is required for the job--such as through speaking to customers or understanding orders.
