INSTRUCTIONS
On the following pages are different inspection forms. Look over the forms,and complete a pre-fire inspection at a local facility or businessof your choice or within your jurisdiction. Identify any hazards that may exist. Once the hazards have been identified, list your recommendations on the appropriate form to correct those hazards.You may work with your fire officer to identify a local facility or business that would be willing to assist. However, it is your responsibility to contact the facility/business and request permission to perform a pre-fire inspection.Complete the below document,and use them during your pre-fire inspection. Savethe document,and upload it for submission once you are complete.
