Client also explained to Ms. Morote, as she had previously informed CM, that her prior login credentials were not functioning, leading her to try creating a new account. She further explained after doing so, the system asked her to verify her identity using a security code sent to a..*@cucs.org. Ms. Morote stated she does not recognize the email address and advised client to contact HRA to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Ms. Morote also informed client that the discharge papers can serve as proof in court as to why she missed her appointment with C&C management. Client begrudgingly acknowledged.
