Watch the video "In Home Visit Older Adults" (there is a slight delay at the start so be patient). Please watch the video and assess two sides: (i) the care and questions asked of the case worker and (ii) the perspective of those receiving care. Address the following questions:
• What is your comfort level entering the home of other individuals and providing services?
• Given that this is a review of care session, there is some familiarity with the case worker. Would this be a much more difficult session should this have been a newly assigned case worker?
• What means might you take to develop rapport with older adults than you might with middle age individuals or children?
• What suggestions do you have for this case worker to improve her practice?
