Problem

Calcium is a major mineral in the body. It is estimated that the average adult has 11 cups of Calcium or 1200 grams weight of calcium in their body. It continues to accumulate in our body until the age of 30 and then slowly decreases. After menopause women see a much greater decrease in bone structure thus decreasing Calcium in their bones. How can we maintain the necessary amounts of Calcium which range from 700 mg daily for a child age 1-3 to an adult female age 51-70 of 1200 mg a day. Develop a daily meal plan for a woman who is 55 years old. Keep in mind that she only needs 1800 Calories a day.
