Learn-E-Now is expanding its reach in international markets. The company plans to incorporate the use of a virtual environment for international team meetings. This expansion will include the recruiting of, and engagement of, virtual team members from three different countries in Africa to handle product development, distribution, marketing, sales, and service in the international markets. As a manager within Learn-E-Now Inc., you are tasked with presenting a framework of how Learn-E-Now should proceed with this project in terms of managing virtual teams.
