Problem: Juvenile- Research Proposal
Develop a mentality of creation and application of programs or services that can promote social change in the youth population in Puerto Rico.
Instructions:
• You must select one of two approaches: juvenile delinquency prevention or treatment for juvenile offenders.
• Develop a short proposal that includes, but is not limited to the following:
o the perspective underlying the program or service
o the population to be served and why,
o the design of the program or service (methods of implementation)
o the expected result.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
