Project Problem
For your project, you will select a facility that interests you and/or aligns to your future career goals and develop a facility management plan. Remember that different types of facilities will require different levels of strategy. A community pool will not require the same level of security as a large, professional football stadium, while a large stadium will not rely as heavily on community involvement and support as a community facility. Your ultimate goals as a facility manager are to keep your community and clientele healthy and happy, and to keep your facility thriving and even growing.
