Determine the speed of the ball if it leaves the spring

The ball launcher in machine sends metal balls up one side of machine and then to play. The spring in the launcher consists of a force constant of 1.20 N/cm. The surface in which the ball moves is inclined to 10 degrees with respect to the horizontal. The spring is primarily compressed its maximum distance d= 5.00 cm. A ball having mass 100g is projected into play by liberating the plunger.

(i) Determine the speed of the ball if it leaves the spring (that is, its launching speed)?

(ii) Determine how far does the ball travel up the incline after launching?
