2. Draw a risk severity matrix for “[your favorite food]” . Identify at least five activities (i.e. process steps) needed to bake or cook “[your favorite food]” .Then identify five associated risk events, one for each of the activities. Place the five associated risk events in the matrix.
3. Build an Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify problem areas to be addressed in cooking or baking “[your favorite food]”.
