Determine the melting temperature of rnase

The folded and unfolded states of a protein are in equilibrium. Suppose a solution of RNase A is at a concentration of 2mM, and the fraction of the protein in the unfolded state are as follows: 0.00255 at 50 ºC and 0.14 at 100 ºC. In the thermal denaturation of this protein, there are essentially 2 states, the folded and unfolded states. Calculate ΔH and ΔS for the unfolding of this protein. What key assumption must be made about temperature-dependence. Calculate ΔG for unfolding of RNase A at 37 ºC. Is this process spontaneous at this temperature? Determine the melting temperature of RNase A under standard conditions.
