Determine the force of the ground on the ladder

The uniform ladder is 10 m long and having weight 230 N. The ladder leans against a vertical, frictionless wall at height h = 8.0 m above the ground. The horizontal force is exerted to the ladder at a distance 4.0 m from its base (measured all along the ladder).

(i) When F = 50 N, then determine the force of the ground on the ladder, in unit-vector notation?

(ii) When F = 150 N, then determine the force of the ground on the ladder, in unit-vector notation?

(iii) Assume that the coefficient of static friction among the ladder and the ground is 0.38; for what minimum value of F will the base of the ladder just begin to move toward the wall?
