Determine persons likelihood of relapse after parole

Problem: The amount of change varies from case to case. For example, a person who has drug or alcohol related charges may be required to give urine samples for testing. They might also be asked to take substance abuse counseling as a condition of their community supervision. Completion of these classes can help determine a person's likelihood of relapse after probation/parole. Similar to a person charged with violent assault could be required to take anger management counseling and the results of those sessions can determine if that person is likely to reoffend. So, the degree of change expected isn't a set standard it is all based on the individual. That way they are more likely to be rehabilitated at a higher success rate. Need Assignment Help?
