Determine mass of water and magnitude and direction of work

The piston-cylinder assembly shown in the figure is fitted with a linear spring. The spring constant is k = 15 kN/m and the neutral position of the spring is when the piston is all the way to the left end of the cylinder, i.e., y = 0. Piston face area is 150 cm^2 and it is initially 30 cm from the left end of the cylinder. Superheated water vapor initially at 400 C is contained in the left side of the assembly and the right side is evacuated. The water is heated until th piston moves 20 cm to the right. Determine the mass of the water and the magnitude and direction of the work and heat transfer for the process. Sketch the process on a p-v diagram. Neglect any changes in kinetic and potential energy.
