Determine formulas for populations as functions of time

At the starting of 2000, population of Uganda was 23.4 million and had the continuous growth rate of 0.03 per year. At same time, population of Germany was 82.8 million and had continuous growth rate of -0.002 per year.

i) Determine formulas for U and G, populations of Uganda and Germany respectively (in millions) as functions of time t (in years since beginning of 2000)

ii) If the populations continue to change at the rates, in what year will they be equal?
