Design a performance management system. The purpose of the project is to provide students with hands-on experience regarding performance management. Students will utilize their learning in the performance management classroom to design a performance management system incorporating the various components discussed.

After researching companies, choose a company you wish to use as a part of the project. This will help you with the strategic planning portion of your paper. Once you know the job and company you'll be working with, post that information to the appropriate discussion .
