Your job requires you to help a COVID assessment centre (a place that triages, reviews and tests patients with COVID or potentially with COVID) monitor its activities. Design two indicators to monitor efficiency (as opposed to access or quality of care). Justify their use, how they complement each other and set targets and actions/decisions associated with these targets. Discuss the limitations and drawbacks of using these indicators. Make sure to design these indicators from the centre's perspective.
