Problem
• A statement of the public health policy issue on overdose crisis /problem that the policy change/intervention is designed to address.
• Presentation of data describing the issue/problem to be addressed by the policy change. You can include graphs, tables, figures, etc.
• Possible policy options to respond to the problem including a description of what other locales are doing in response to the problem (if available), what is known about the policy options from the peer review literature (if available), and the health, fiscal, administrative, legal, social, and political implications of each policy option.
• A rationale for the policy option(s) you are advocating and/or preferred by the advocacy organization.
