Discussion Post: Co-Created Experience
Share an example of a co-created experience you have participated in. This can be in service, school, or activity environment. What were the touch points? What do you remember most? What went well? Were there elements that did not go well?
Using a minimum of 350 words, describe your experience from beginning to end and what emotions the experience inspired. E.g. were you thrilled when you received something unexpected? Were you annoyed when they were out of something? What actions did the service provider(s) take?
