Why did your team make certain decisions? What effects did your team think they would have on the various indicators of the simulation, such as; morale, turnover, etc.? ? What decisions worked for your team and why?
Describe with clarity turning points whether positive or negative within the simulation?
What decisions did not have the effects you thought they would? Why not?
What would you do differently if you completed the simulation again?
