Problem
i. Imagine yourself as a small business owner -- what do you do/sell/provide?a) Describe your imaginary business. (Your business must be based in in the city or town where you currently live, or the location of your campus, )b) Give your business a name. What is it?
ii. Develop a mission statement. What is it?
iii. Describe one or two goals you would probably have for growing your business. (Examples include, increasing sales, increasing the public's awareness of your business, expanding to a new town or opening a new storefront, diversifying/offering new products or services, etc.
iv. Take a minute to brainstorm some possible events you could hold to help you achieve one or more of your goals. Choose one that you think you could build a short term media strategy plan for. Briefly describe your event.
v. Identify the main goal(s) of your event and identify at least 2 event objectives that should help you achieve this goal.
